Sardine tartare
A change in your plate
You need: (for 2 people)
- 1 tin of sardines in oil
- 1 onion
- 5 teaspoons of Espelette pepper vinegar
- A few dried tomato petals
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- Salt and pepper
- Drain the sardines and crush them with a fork.
- Peel and finely chop the onion, then mix it with the vinegar and the tomato petals.
- Add the tomato paste and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Mix it all together just before serving and enjoy as an appetizer with some green salad leaves.
