Visiting the vinegar workshop

A visit to the production site and tasting area in Lagrasse

During a guided tour of our vinegar factory, you will have access to the barrels in which we age some of our wine and balsamic vinegars. You will be able to admire our production for the coming year of “contactless” flavoured vinegars in more than a hundred jars displayed on the roofs and walls overlooking the Cour des Saveurs.
The different production and flavouring techniques of our various vinegars will be explained to you in detail and we will be happy to answer all your questions.

In our store situated on the Promenade and open all year round, you can drop in for tastings without reservation. In the vinegar workshop, we are able to welcome groups and our visitors will be able to take advantage of our offers combining, for example, the visit of the workshop and a tasting session, lunch or dinner in the Restaurant “La Basse Cour” (opening early July 2022) and a stay in one of our gîtes on request and on reservation.
