Garden salad
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 1 large carrot
- 200g peas
- A few salad leaves
- A handful of blackcurrants
- 1 nectarine
- 30g of hazelnuts
- Blackcurrant and timut balsamic
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices.
- Peel and quarter the nectarine.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and blackcurrant and timut balsamic and enjoy chilled.
