Avocado cream

Use as a condiment or sauce


You will need :

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons Rancio vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel the avocados, remove the stone and roughly chop the flesh.
  2. In the bowl of a blender, combine the avocado, cream, Rancio vinegar, salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve chilled on toast.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with wild garlic balsamic or pink, lemon and ginger vinegar.
