Wheat salad

In all seasons


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 150g pre-cooked durum wheat (Ebly type)
  • 120g raw ham
  • 100g beetroot
  • 200g carrots
  • 50g feta cheese
  • Balsamic with wild garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh chives
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the wheat as indicated on the packet (about 10 minutes) and then cool it down.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and grate the carrots.
  3. Cut the beetroot and feta cheese into cubes and chop the chives.
  4. Mix all these ingredients together and season with olive oil and wild garlic balsamic.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve and arrange the ham on top.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with smoked blackberry balsamic or garrigue vinegar.
