Lentils, nuts, tomatoes, radishes

An original entry


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 60g uncooked green lentils
  • 30g of walnuts
  • 2 green tomatoes
  • 120g pink radishes
  • 2 dried apricots
  • Apricot saffron balsamic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the lentils in a large volume of water for 20 minutes, then run them under cold water and set aside in a cool place.
  2. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and dried apricots, slice the radishes and crush the walnuts.
  3. When they are cold, mix all these ingredients, add salt and pepper.
  4. Add a drizzle of olive oil and apricot-saffron balsamic and serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Nepalese pepper vinegar or kina-karo balsamic.
