A perfect match


You need: (for 4 people)

  • 4 medium red beets
  • A few leaves of fresh parsley
  • Balsamic with wild garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. If you opt for raw beetroot, cook the beetroot in a pan of boiling salted water for 45 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, drain them and leave them to rest for 15 minutes. Peel the cooked beetroot and cut into small cubes.
  2. If you choose the cooked beetroot, simply cut them into small cubes.
  3. Chop the parsley and mix it with the beetroot.
  4. Add a dash of balsamic to the wild garlic, season with salt and pepper and serve chilled.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with kina-karo balsamic or tarragon vinegar.
