Potato and radish salad

Quick and easy


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 300g of potatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100g of pink radishes
  • Balsamic with wild garlic
  • A drizzle of oliveoil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel and cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the cucumber into half slices and the radishes into slices.
  3. When the potatoes are cooked, cut them into cubes.
  4. In a bowl, mix all the vegetables, add salt and pepper, a dash of wild garlic balsamic and olive oil.
  5. Mix again and serve.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with garrigue vinegar or balsamic with kina-karo.
