Caramelised bananas
For a gourmet dessert
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 2 bananas
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3cl combava and Madagascar vanilla vinegar
- A knob of butter
- Peel and cut the bananas in half lengthways.
- Melt the butter in a pan, add the bananas and sprinkle with sugar.
- Let the bananas caramelise for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add the combava and vanilla vinegar and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Enjoy immediately.
