Diced raw salmon

Fresh and simple


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 1 salmon fillet of about 350g
  • 4cl of combava and Madagascar vanilla vinegar
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Cut the salmon into 1.5cm cubes.
  2. Place the diced salmon in a shallow dish and pour the combava and vanilla vinegar over it.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well, wrap the dish and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
  5. To know when the cubes are cooked, cut one in half. If it is still raw on the inside but light pink on the outside, it is ready!
  6. Remove the salmon cubes and place them on a serving dish so that they are no longer in contact with the vinegar.
  7. Serve chilled as an aperitif on skewers or as a starter with a crisp salad.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with spice vinegar, Nepalese pepper vinegar or pink, lemon and ginger vinegar.
