A change from fig jam


  1. On fresh cheese, goat cheese in particular, add a few drops of fig balsamic after spreading it on good bread.
  2. Put some country bread in the toaster for a few minutes, add some sheep’s cheese and finish with the fig balsamic.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with honey vinegar or smoked blackberry balsamic.
