Apples and pears
Give your fruit a boost!
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 20g brown sugar
- 30g dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, etc.)
- 2cl of spiced vinegar
- Peel, core and dice the fruit into small regular cubes.
- Sprinkle with sugar and spiced vinegar and mix well.
- Just before serving, roast the dried fruit for a few minutes in a hot pan and add it to your fruit salad.
