Tomatoes with fleur de sel
An even more successful classic!
You need: (for one person)
- 150g of tomatoes
- Vinegar with spices
- Half a red onion
- Flower of salt
- Cut the tomatoes into slices and the red onion into thin strips.
- Arrange the tomatoes on the plate so that the slices overlap a little, add the red onion on top.
- Add two pinches of fleur de sel and a few spicy vinegar sprays.
- For an aperitif, you can cut the tomatoes into small cubes and serve them in verrines with fresh cheese or mozzarella balls!
