Tomatoes with fleur de sel

An even more successful classic!


You need: (for one person)

  • 150g of tomatoes
  • Vinegar with spices
  • Half a red onion
  • Flower of salt

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices and the red onion into thin strips.
  2. Arrange the tomatoes on the plate so that the slices overlap a little, add the red onion on top.
  3. Add two pinches of fleur de sel and a few spicy vinegar sprays.
  4. For an aperitif, you can cut the tomatoes into small cubes and serve them in verrines with fresh cheese or mozzarella balls!
Tip: You can also use our garrigue vinegar or caramel vinegar (and most of our vinegars and balsamics)
