Marinated tuna

Very fragrant


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 300g raw tuna
  • 2cl oyster balsamic
  • 2.5cl sesame oil
  • 1.5g cumin
  • 1g curry powder
  • 1g garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except the tuna) until smooth.
  2. Dip 50g tuna cubes into the mixture, cover and chill for a few hours.
  3. In a hot frying pan, cook the tuna cubes briefly on each side to keep the core raw.
  4. Deglaze the pan with the blackberry balsamic.
  5. Arrange the tuna on plates and pour the deglaze over them.
  6. Serve with mashed peas or a lamb’s lettuce and citrus salad.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Madagascar Vanilla Mellow Vinegar or Tarragon Vinegar.
