Broccoli salad

A Korean touch


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 drop of Tabasco
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
  2. Rinse immediately in cold water to preserve their colour.
  3. Mix the sesame oil, soy sauce and Tabasco in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the broccoli with this mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Espelette chilli oil or smoked oil.
