Colourful salad

In the middle of summer


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 3 peppers (one of each colour if you can)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2cl olive oil
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers and cut them into thin strips.
  2. Place them on a baking tray and roast them for 25-30 minutes at 200°C. Place them in a dish.
  3. Chop a clove of garlic, thin out the thyme and place it on the peppers.
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil and mix.
  5. Leave to stand in a cool place for 2 hours.
