Spinach shoots and smoked salmon

As simple as possible!


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 400g spinach shoots
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons samphire vinegar and fleur de sel
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices.
  2. Wash the spinach shoots and drain well.
  3. Mix the spinach shoots with the samphire and fleur de sel vinegar and the olive oil.
  4. Serve with the slices of smoked salmon.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Mango and Ginger Vinegar or Apricot and Saffron Balsamic.
