Pan-fried vegetables

Simple and fragrant


You need: (for 3 people)

  • 200g green beans
  • 150g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 150g of carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3cl of aphrodisiac balsamic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Wash, peel and chop the vegetables.
  2. In a hot frying pan or wok, pour in the oil, then add the vegetables.
  3. Cook for a few minutes, stirring often, then add the aphrodisiac balsamic and continue cooking for 8 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve with meat or fish.
Tip: Most of our vinegars and balsamics can be used in this recipe!
