Rice salad
For every day
You need: (for 2 people)
- 80g raw rice
- 2 avocados
- 25g hazelnuts
- 60g of corn
- Mango and ginger vinegar
- Lucca olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Cook the rice as indicated on the packet.
- Meanwhile, dice the avocado and crush the hazelnuts.
- When the rice is cold, mix all the ingredients together, add salt and pepper and drizzle with oil and mango and ginger vinegar!
