Peaches a la plancha
A summery dessert
You need :
- 3 peaches (or another fruit: apricot, nectarine, pear, apple …)
- 5cl of apricot and saffron balsamic
- A few slivered almonds
- Cut the peaches into quarters.
- Place the peach pieces on a hot griddle.
- Leave to roast for a few minutes while stirring, then add the apricot balsamic and leave for another 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, sprinkling the plates with almonds.
- This recipe can also be used as an accompaniment to red meat such as duck breast.
