Peaches a la plancha

A summery dessert


You need :

  • 3 peaches (or another fruit: apricot, nectarine, pear, apple …)
  • 5cl of apricot and saffron balsamic
  • A few slivered almonds

  1. Cut the peaches into quarters.
  2. Place the peach pieces on a hot griddle.
  3. Leave to roast for a few minutes while stirring, then add the apricot balsamic and leave for another 3 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately, sprinkling the plates with almonds.
  5. This recipe can also be used as an accompaniment to red meat such as duck breast.
Tip: This recipe can also be made with all our fruity balsamics. (raspberry, blackberry, figs…)
