Fish fillets

You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 2 white fish fillets, each weighing about 230g
  • 3cl white wine
  • 2cl of blackberry balsamic
  • A knob of butter
  • A handful of capers
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. In a hot pan, melt the butter and fry the fillets on the skin side until they are brown, then take them off the heat.
  2. In the same pan, over high heat, pour the white wine and the blackberry balsamic, then the capers one minute later.
  3. Place the fish fillets on a plate, followed by the caper deglaze.
  4. Serve with a pan of green beans or fried potatoes.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with pink, lemon and ginger vinegar or basil balsamic.
