Grilled salmon fillet

Create an original and tasty sauce!


You will need :

  • 1 salmon fillet per person
  • 10 year old natural balsamic
  • A clove of garlic
  • Mild oil (e.g. grape seed)
  • Sweet mustard
  • Honey
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Fry crushed garlic in a base of grape seed oil.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 of mustard, 4 of plain balsamic.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Depending on your taste, you can add a pinch of oregano when you remove the pan from the heat.
  5. Coat the salmon with ¾ of the sauce, so that it is well covered.
  6. Then grill the salmon on the barbecue or plancha. Halfway through cooking, add the rest of the sauce to the salmon.
  7. Serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with vanilla combava vinegar or pink lemon ginger vinegar.
