Duo of salmon

A colourful entrance


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 150g raw salmon
  • 70g smoked salmon
  • 5cl of mango and ginger vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 shallot
  • 3clsmoked olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Make a marinade with the finely chopped shallot, smoked olive oil, lemon juice and mango ginger vinegar; salt and pepper. You can add pink berries or other spices of your choice.
  2. Cut the raw salmon into thin slices.
  3. Place the slices of raw and smoked salmon flat in a shallow dish. Cover with the marinade.
  4. Mix lightly so that all the salmon is well covered with the mixture.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled with warm blinis.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with most of our wine vinegars or aphrodisiac balsamics.
