Brussels sprouts
Very simple
You need: (for 3 people)
- 350g Brussels sprouts
- 3 teaspoons sesame olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper
- Finely chop the washed Brussels sprouts.
- In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and sesame olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the sprouts and serve immediately.
