Pasta with Parmesan cheese

For ever more delicious pasta


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 200g of pasta
  • Olive oil with basil
  • Fresh parmesan cheese in blocks
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the pasta al dente.
  2. In the meantime, grate the parmesan.
  3. Place the hot pasta in a soup plate, add a drizzle of basil olive oil, salt and pepper and sprinkle with parmesan.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Olivière olive oil or matured olive oil.
