Bruschetta à la tomate

For the aperitif or as a starter


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 150g of bread
  • 250g of tomatoes
  • Olive oil with basil
  • A few basil leaves for decoration
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Mix with a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place on lightly toasted slices of bread. You can add a basil leaf on each bruschetta.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with old-fashioned matured oil or Espelette chilli oil.
