Duck breast

You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 2 duck breasts
  • 4cl of balsamic with fig confit
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the duck breasts into 5mm thick slices. Place them in a very hot frying pan (without fat).
  2. On a high heat, sear the pieces, then turn them over after one minute.
  3. Add the balsamic to the fig confit and continue cooking, lowering the heat slightly until the desired doneness is achieved.
  4. Serve immediately with a green salad or carrot tagliatelle.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with blackberry balsamic or honey vinegar.
