Pasta salad
Sweet and savoury!
You need: (for 3 people)
- 200g of pasta
- 3 fresh figs
- 50g of parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons of fig balsamic
- 30g of walnuts
- 12 slices of dried duck breast
- Salt & Pepper
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the packet.
- Cut the figs into slices.
- In a hot pan, foam the butter and roast the figs for 3 minutes.
- Add the pasta and balsamic to the figs and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Place the pasta with the figs on the plates, followed by a few slices of duck breast, a few walnut kernels, and grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve immediately.
