Pasta salad

Sweet and savoury!


You need: (for 3 people)

  • 200g of pasta
  • 3 fresh figs
  • 50g of parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of fig balsamic
  • 30g of walnuts
  • 12 slices of dried duck breast
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the packet.
  2. Cut the figs into slices.
  3. In a hot pan, foam the butter and roast the figs for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the pasta and balsamic to the figs and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Place the pasta with the figs on the plates, followed by a few slices of duck breast, a few walnut kernels, and grated parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Basil Balsamic or Walnut & Curry Balsamic.
