Artichoke vinaigrette

A classic entry


You will need: (for two people)

  • 4 artichokes
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Kina-Karobalsamic
  • 6 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the artichokes in a large pot of boiling salted water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing: Mix the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add the oil gradually, whisking well to obtain a creamy sauce.
  4. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  5. Drain the artichokes and serve them warm with the sauce.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with basil balsamic or tarragon vinegar.
