Foie Gras Vinaigrette
A festive entrance!
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 8 slices of semi-cooked foie gras
- 160g of rocket
- Balsamic with truffle
- Grape seed oil
- Bread of your choice to make the toasts (a brioche bread for example)
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix the truffle balsamic and the grape seed oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly toast the slices of bread, and place the slices of foie gras on top.
- Place the cleaned rocket at the bottom of the plate, and on top of it the foie gras toasts
- Drizzle with truffle vinaigrette and enjoy!
