Cream of pumpkin soup

To embellish your winter!


You need: (for 4 people)

  • 1 squash (butternut, pumpkin, whatever you prefer)
  • 1 onion
  • Balsamic walnut and curry
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel, empty and cut the squash into large pieces.
  2. In a large saucepan (or casserole), fry the onion for a few minutes in olive oil, then add the squash cubes and leave for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover with vegetable stock and cook for 25 minutes.
  4. Blend in a blender.
  5. Drizzle the nut and curry balsamic into the bowl!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with plain balsamic or wild garlic balsamic.
