Avocado, crab and mango timbale
A fresh entry
You will need: (for 2 people)
- 2 avocados
- 1 mango
- 1 crab
- 2cl of vanilla softness vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Peel and slice the avocado thinly and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Peel and cut the mango into small cubes.
- Prepare the crab and collect the flesh, then mix it with a little olive oil.
- Arrange round cutters on the plates.
- Start with a layer of avocado, then the mango cubes and finally the crab meat.
- Finish with a drizzle of vanilla softness vinegar before serving.
