Fried shrimp
Indulge yourself in a different way
You need: (for 2 people)
- 300g raw shrimp
- 1 clove of garlic
- A few leaves of parsley
- 3cl of aphrodisiac balsamic
- Salt & Pepper
- In a hot pan, pour the aphrodisiac balsamic and the chopped garlic. After a minute, add the shrimp.
- Leave to cook for a few minutes over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add the parsley at the end of the cooking time.
- Remove from heat, add salt and pepper and serve with fresh pasta or rice and peppers.
