Vegetarian salad

For the whole family


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 150g raw pasta
  • 2 red peppers
  • 200g of snow peas
  • Blackcurrant and timut balsamic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the packet. 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the snow peas.
  2. Meanwhile, dice the peppers.
  3. In a bowl, combine the vegetables and pasta, then season with salt, pepper, oil and blackcurrant and timut balsamic.
  4. Mix well and serve!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with basil balsamic or tarragon vinegar.
