Salad of the Grisons
A change from ham
You need: (for 2 people)
- 200g green salad (romaine, sucrine, or other)
- 3 slices of Grisons meat
- A handful of sultanas
- 30g of toasted pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of apricot saffron balsamic
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the slices of bacon into strips.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with apricot saffron balsamic and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Feel free to garnish with ingredients of your choice.
