Pineapple salad

Fragrant freshness


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 250g pineapple
  • 100g of cucumber
  • 100g avocado
  • Blackcurrant and timut balsamic
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the pineapple, avocado and cucumber into equal-sized cubes.
  2. Drizzle the oil and the blackcurrant and timut balsamic over the cubes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with combava and Madagascar vanilla vinegar or raspberry balsamic.
