Rice and quinoa salad

In the middle of summer


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 80g white rice
  • 80g of quinoa
  • 100g corn
  • 220g of red peppers
  • Balsamic with dried nuts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the rice and quinoa according to the packet instructions. Drain and leave to cool.
  2. In the meantime, cut the pepper into cubes.
  3. Mix it with the rice, quinoa and corn.
  4. Season with oil and dried nut balsamic. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Enjoy chilled.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with aphrodisiac balsamic or orange wine vinegar.
