Potatoes in salad

A hearty and delicious salad


You will need: (for 2 people)

  • 350g of potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 10 small gherkins
  • 4 eggs
  • A few black olives
  • 1 plain yoghurt
  • 7 teaspoons of 15 year old vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water. You can leave the skin on if you wish.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the eggs for 9 minutes in boiling salted water to obtain hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Slice the red onion into thin strips. Cut the olives in half and the gherkins in small slices.
  4. When the potatoes are cooked, cut them into cubes.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together.
  6. Mix the 15 year old vinegar and plain yoghurt, add salt and pepper and mix with the salad.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with tarragon and Madagascar pepper vinegar or garrigue vinegar.
