Chinese noodles with shrimp

With an Asian flair


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 250g Chinese noodles
  • 10 large peeled shrimp
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of coriander
  • 6 tablespoons of smoked oil
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Cook the noodles for 3 minutes in boiling water and drain.
  2. Cut the onion into thin strips and the tomatoes into quarters.
  3. Peel and chop the garlic.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of smoked olive oil in a large frying pan, brown the garlic and onion and then add the peeled shrimp.
  5. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the tomato quarters.
  6. Add the remaining smoked oil and the noodles. Mix everything together, season and add a few coriander leaves before serving.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with sesame olive oil or fennel olive oil.
