Courgette gratin

You will love it!


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 3 courgettes
  • 1 jar of fresh goat’s cheese
  • 50g of walnuts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A little butter
  • Grated cheese (emmenthal, gouda, mimolette…)
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Wash and slice the courgettes.
  2. Butter and rub 4 small moulds with the garlic clove.
  3. Place a first layer of courgette slices, the fresh goat’s cheese and more courgettes in the moulds.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts, salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil with basil.
  5. Finish by adding the grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with sesame oil or Espelette pepper oil.
