Pan-fried foie gras
A little originality
You will need: (for 4 people)
- 500g of foie gras, denervated
- 5cl of wild blackberry balsamic
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut about 1cm slices of foie gras. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a hot pan, fry the slices of foie gras for 1 minute on each side.
- Add the honey and the blackberry balsamic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
- Serve on toasted brioche bread or with red meat and a pan of mushrooms, as Cyril shows you here!
