Marinade for white fish
Barbecue, oven or pan
You need :
- 5cl of olive oil with fennel
- A few sprigs of chives
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Salt & Pepper
- Chop the garlic and chives. Thin out the thyme.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, strain and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Then use this marinade on the fish of your choice.
