Jacket potatoes

To warm up your winter evenings


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 800g of potatoes
  • Half-salt butter
  • Balsamic with wild garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel your potatoes and rinse them in cold water to remove the starch.
  2. Cut them in half lengthwise and place them in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Add a knob of butter to the top of each potato half and bake for 35 minutes. (check for doneness by sticking a knife into it)
  4. 10 minutes before the end of cooking time, pour half a teaspoon of balsamic over each potato.
  5. Serve hot!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with plain balsamic or garrigue vinegar.
