Brie cheese crisp

For a gourmet starter


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 400g of brie cheese
  • 3cl melted butter
  • 8 sheets of phyllo pastry
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons blackcurrant and timut balsamic
  • A few sprigs of fresh chives
  • A green salad
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Cut the Brie cheese into thin slices.
  3. Brush the sheets of phyllo pastry with melted butter and then roll a slice of Brie in each sheet.
  4. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, chopped chives and blackcurrant and timut balsamic.
  6. Serve with a green salad and pour the dressing over the salad and the crisps.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with garrigue vinegar or basil balsamic.
