Avocado, shrimp, grapefruit

An exotic touch


You will need: (for 4 people)

  • 350g of prawns
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 avocados
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3cl of mango and ginger vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Peel the cooked shrimp. Put them in a deep dish with the mango and ginger vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Peel the grapefruit and cut it into quarters.
  3. Cut the avocado into thin slices and sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent it from turning black.
  4. Mix together and serve chilled!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with Aphrodisiac Balsamic or Pink Vinegar, Lemon and Ginger.
