Vegetable wok

Fast and delicious!


You will need: (for 5 people)

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 200g green beans
  • 300g courgettes
  • 300g carrots
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil or walnut oil
  • 8 tablespoons caramel vinegar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • A few peanuts
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Chop the vegetables very finely.
  2. Fry the carrots and peppers in hot oil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the beans and courgettes and cook on a high heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing the caramel vinegar, lemon juice, crushed garlic and ginger.
  5. Pour the sauce and peanuts over the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes on a high heat.
  6. Serve immediately. You can add poultry or shrimps to this preparation.
Tip: This recipe also works with honey vinegar or apricot balsamic.
