Caramelised pork ribs
The little extra that changes everything
You need: (for 6 people)
- 1 whole rack of ribs
- 8cl caramel vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sweet honey
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix the vinegar and honey in a bowl.
- Brush the ribs with the mixture.
- Cook on the barbecue, turning occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving!
