Tomates mozzarella

Summer on the plate


You need: (for 2 people)

  • 3 beautiful tomatoes
  • 150g of mozzarella
  • Balsamic with basil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into fairly thin slices.
  2. Arrange on your plate as you wish (in a rosette, as a hamburger, in cubes or simply as a salad).
  3. Drizzle with basil balsamic and season with salt and pepper.
  4. For those of you who don’t like olive oil in this dish, we recommend something fairly neutral, so as not to distort the taste of the basil balsamic.
Tip: This recipe can also be created with garrigue vinegar or olive oil with basil.
