Apple and celery spread
Light and greedy
You will need: (for 6 people)
- 300g fresh cheese (ricotta, goat’s cheese, etc.)
- 4 tablespoons of chestnut balsamic
- 5 stalks of celery
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- A few walnut kernels
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the apple and celery into small cubes.
- Mix the balsamic with the fromage frais and add the diced apple and celery.
- Cover the dish and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Add a few walnuts to the top for decoration.
- Enjoy chilled with sesame breadsticks or warm toast!
