Apple and celery spread

Light and greedy


You will need: (for 6 people)

  • 300g fresh cheese (ricotta, goat’s cheese, etc.)
  • 4 tablespoons of chestnut balsamic
  • 5 stalks of celery
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • A few walnut kernels
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the apple and celery into small cubes.
  2. Mix the balsamic with the fromage frais and add the diced apple and celery.
  3. Cover the dish and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. Add a few walnuts to the top for decoration.
  5. Enjoy chilled with sesame breadsticks or warm toast!
Tip: This recipe can also be created with plain balsamic or honey vinegar.
