Salmon tartar

Healthy and delicious!


You need :

  • 200g raw salmon
  • Apricot balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive oil

  1. Cut the raw salmon into 1.5cm cubes.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix four spoonfuls of apricot balsamic and two spoonfuls of sweet olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the salmon to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Strain and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, then serve immediately after removing from the refrigerator.
